Anthroposophic toys
When drawing and learning to write, it is important that the child is left free in. No pre-printed coloring pictures, no writing on lines. But with a blank piece of paper and wax crayons the child can create on the paper with the colors and figures.
The Rudolf Steiner's Free School was especially developed for our children. 'Free' means: free of all imposed strict rules that were there then. Not free from something, but free in what we do. It is very important to develop the fantasy of the child. Not only for the creative formation, but also for the smooth thinking. The child develop in the first years of life in principle by themselves, by looking at us, listening and mimicking. We can encourage children by providing the material that suits their development.
The anthroposophic toys we sell in anthroposophic toys category are mostly based on the train of thought of the anthroposophy. Toys that let imagination run wild, not too much detailed and made of genuine material. The advantage of wood is that it feels warm, wood on wood makes a nice sound, weight and if some wooden toy falls... Wood can always be repaired again.
